Requirements

Some new rules have taken place that I must abide by, so please complete all forms and have them with you when you bring your license from the state.

I must have the license three days before the ceremony.

Please print the witnesses names, addresses and their date of birth when you bring me your marriage licenses.  The state is unable to read some handwriting.  I must type all the information on the forms. The witness only will sign their name.

The witnesses must be over eighteen and the minister may ask for proof of their age. 

bullet

You may write your own vows, which I will include in the ceremony.
